If you wish to return a regularly stocked item (not specially ordered), you may do so if the item is still in “as new” condition and in its original packaging. Please return via a trackable delivery method. Once received, we can offer a refund, store credit, or exchange. Specially ordered items cannot be cancelled once shipped unless faulty.
Refunds do not cover shipping costs once goods have been dispatched. Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in line with our obligations under consumer law.
