Returns Policy
At Not Just Gifts, we want you to love every item you receive. We’re happy to review any requests for returns or credits due to damaged, faulty, over-supplied, or incorrect goods. Requests must be lodged within 14 days of the original invoice date.
How it works
Once your request is received, our customer service team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. If an item needs to be returned — for example, in cases of incorrect or excess supply — we’ll provide clear return instructions, including any prepaid shipping details. Customers are not responsible for return costs in these cases.
Items that are damaged or broken do not usually need to be sent back, though we may ask for photos of the damage to help us process your claim. If a return is required, please note that credits will only be issued once the goods have been received and inspected at our warehouse. Returned products must be unopened, in original packaging, and free of any price tags or labels.
Change of Mind
We generally do not accept returns for change of mind purchases, but we’re happy to consider requests on a case-by-case basis. Any unauthorised returns will not be accepted or credited and may be sent back at the customer’s expense. For approved change-of-mind returns, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
