Shipping & Delivery
We aim to make every delivery as simple and affordable as possible. Freight is calculated as a small percentage of your order’s total value, depending on whether your address is in a metro or regional area. Most orders are shipped via Australia Post or one of our trusted couriers, depending on size and destination.
While we do our best to accommodate special delivery instructions, please note that once your parcel leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier or postal service.
If any items from your order are temporarily unavailable, they’ll be placed on backorder and shipped automatically once they arrive—unless you let us know you’d prefer otherwise. Standard freight charges apply to all backorders.
Larger display items or stands may attract a special freight charge due to their weight or size. These will typically be shipped with your order where possible.
A minimum freight charge of $15 may apply to smaller orders. We regularly review our shipping partners to ensure we’re offering the best value and service available.
Returns & Credits
We’re happy to help if your order arrives with any issues. Requests for credits or returns can be made for faulty, damaged, incorrect, or over-supplied items within 14 days of your purchase date.
Once your request is received, our Customer Care team will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. If a return is needed, we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid return address. You won’t be responsible for any return costs in these cases.
For damaged or broken items, we may request photos so we can process your claim quickly. Returns must be unopened, in their original packaging, and free of any price stickers or markings.
Please note: We generally can’t accept returns for “change of mind” purchases. However, we do assess all requests on a case-by-case basis. Any authorised “change of mind” return will be at the customer’s expense, and unauthorised returns will not be credited.
