Online Returns
Not Just Gifts accepts returns for items that have been incorrectly supplied or over-supplied, provided the issue is reported within the stated return period.
Our Customer Service Team will issue an Authorisation to Return form, which must be included with any returned items. A Reply Paid number will also be provided for approved returns.
All returned goods must be in new condition, in their original packaging, and free from store labels or stickers (except in the case of damaged or faulty items).
Faulty products do not need to be sent back, but we may request that they be kept temporarily for verification purposes.
Unauthorised returns will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Please note: All returns and credits are handled directly by our Customer Service Team to ensure a consistent process. Store staff or representatives are not authorised to issue credits or accept returns without approval.
